What you'll do
By the end of this guide, your team will be receiving qualified LinkedIn buying signals in Slack (or Sheets, Notion, your CRM — wherever you work). Total elapsed time: about a minute of input, plus however long you want to review what our AI configured for you.
Before you start
You need exactly one thing: the LinkedIn URL of your company page. Not your personal profile — your company. If you don't have one, create it first; we'll wait.
You do not need:
- A LinkedIn account connected to SignalRaven
- A LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription
- Cookies or login credentials
- A CRM integration to get started
Optional: add Profile Insights, our free Chrome extension, to research any LinkedIn profile as you browse.
We never touch your LinkedIn account. Everything we monitor is public LinkedIn activity, read by us, scored, and delivered.
The 5-step setup
Create your account
Head to signalraven.ai/signup. Enter your email; we'll send a magic link. (No password to remember.)

Paste your company LinkedIn URL
Your company page — not your personal profile.
What happens in the background: our AI fetches your public LinkedIn page, reads your description, identifies your industry, and starts building your ICP profile. This takes about 20 seconds.
Review the AI-generated configuration
We'll show you what we figured out — your industry, suggested competitors to monitor, keyword discussions to track, your initial ICP dimensions, and a recommended signal score threshold. Everything is editable. Most teams accept the defaults for the first week and tune later once they've seen what signals come through.
Pick a destination
Where do you want signals delivered? Pick from:
- Slack — fastest setup, signals arrive as messages with talking points formatted inline
- Google Sheets — best for reps who live in spreadsheets
- Webhook — for HubSpot, Salesforce, or anywhere you want to route programmatically
- Notion, Clay, n8n, MCP — for power users with structured workflows
You can connect more than one. Most teams start with Slack and add a Sheet for record-keeping.
Receive your first signal
Within a few minutes of saving your config, the first qualified signal lands in your destination. Each signal includes:
- Who engaged (name, title, company, LinkedIn URL)
- Where they engaged (the post, the engagement type)
- A 1–10 signal score
- An ICP scoring breakdown
- Three AI-generated talking points your rep can paste-and-personalize
What just happened
From one URL, you replaced what would normally be days of work: identifying your competitors, building keyword searches, defining your ICP, configuring filters, wiring up routing, and writing talking-point templates. The AI did the boring parts; you'll spend the next week tuning what matters.
